Next Trial Classes
In our free trial sessions, we guide you through a typical CrossFit class, which includes elements like a warm-up, a strength or skill section, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).
The training takes place at Fabrik 11 in Dübendorf and lasts 60 minutes.
We will greet you on-site and explain everything important about CrossFit. We’ll also introduce you to the coach who will conduct your trial session.
This offer is ideal for people with no CrossFit experience.

If you want to start CrossFit and have no prior experience, sign up here for the mandatory intro session. In this intro, you’ll learn the basic exercises to be well-prepared for the classes.
